个人简介:

        曾子晏博士,教授级高级工程师,博士生导师,主要研究方向为:细胞诊疗及细胞质量管理体系建立、药物基因组学与个体化诊疗产品开发、微生态与肿瘤、慢病的关联性研究、肿瘤多肽药物研发,涉及脑白质疏松症(Leukoaraiosis)、腺癌(adenocarcinoma)、不孕症(A-/Oligo-zoospermia) 等多个领域,曾在国际学术期刊发表SCI/IEEE学术论文70余篇,申报4PCT专利,20余项中国发明专利,并开发出超过六项生技市场产品,对生物医药技术的研发、转化商品应用、市场与资本运作等方面均有丰富的实践经验。于厦大任职期间承担国家自然科学基金两项,省市级科技项目四项。引领的药学院转化医学平台期间合作建立了标准化的生物样本资源库并开展了多项基于高通量芯片技术(甲基化芯片、表达谱芯片、小RNA芯片等)的研究,先后与福建肿瘤医院,厦门中山医院,厦门第一医院合作,并联合台北病理中心,台大医学院基因蛋白组中心,筛选出甲状腺癌、乳腺癌、胃癌、癫痫、脑白质疏松症、少精无精等多种疾病中的关键基因和潜在靶向治疗生物标志物进行基础研究。且与佰香汇生技,艾德生医药、上海逍鹏、台湾芮宝生化、山东铂源等多家生物医学产业公司合作,将科研成果转化到市场中,将开发出相关检测类试剂盒(EGFR, SMA, VitD3, PD等检测试剂盒)及医药产品(Terpenoid vs Psoriasis牛皮鲜, Osteoporosis骨质疏松vs Protos and MSC间充质干细胞vs wound healing伤口愈合),充分实现了产学研相结合概念与产业化。

        2012年获厦门市引进高层次人才双百计划领军型创业人才称号,厦门大学2013优秀教师,为霍英东基金评审专家,厦门市科技局评审专家,国家自然科学基金评审专家,国家火炬科技园招商与技术顾问,福建省及厦门市医疗器械体外诊断试剂类专家委员。2015-2016年,曾博士分别荣获福建省特殊支持科技创新双百计划人才, 厦门市海納百川特聘台湾专家人才, 扬州市绿扬金凤计划创业领军人才及江苏省双创人才一等首奖、第四届中国互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛优秀指导教师,2019-2020年任Current Medicinal ChemistryFrontiers in Aging Neuroscience编审委员和特刊主编;2021年获福建省高层次人才现有人才B类。
