研究方向:

研究兴趣为新型功能药物设计、微环境响应探针和递送载体,研究方向主要包括

1、设计多功能新型有机金属活性药物,揭示其抗肿瘤分子机制;

2、构建靶向、智能的特异成像探针,为疾病诊断提供有效途径;

3、研究微环境响应药物和基因递送载体,提高药物的靶向性、安全性、疗效等。

科研成果:

以第一或通讯作者(含共同)在国际高水平期刊Advanced MaterialsAdvanced Functional Materials, Small, Nano-Micro Letters, ACS nano等上发表论文20余篇,作为项目主持人主持厦门大学南强青年拔尖人才B、国家自然科学基金等,以项目骨干身份参与国家重点研发计划。
