个人简介:

严小胜博士,主要致力于超分子化学、手性化学和药物化学学科的交叉研究。发展了新型折叠短肽结构基元,构筑了卤键、硫键驱动的超分子螺旋,藉以实现手性自发拆分结晶和超分子手性新特征,并施行分子识别和跨膜转运应用研究,助力新型短肽类手性药物的研发。目前,已在Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Chem. Commun., J. Org. Chem. 等国际权威期刊上发表论文25余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、厦门大学校长基金,参与国家自然科学基金专项项目、重点国际合作项目、重大研究计划项目和厦门市科技计划项目。获教育部自然科学奖二等奖(第三完成人)。202112月加入厦门大学药学院,主要研究方向:(1) 肽基组装材料的生物医学应用;(2) 手性药物的识别、输送和拆分;(3) 卤键、硫键在药物开发中的应用。
