个人简介:
2003年于厦门大学化学化工学院获博士学位,2005年受聘为厦门大学医学院药学系副教授,2008年赴新加坡南洋理工大学从事博士后研究工作,2009年返回厦门大学化学化工学院,2020年受聘为厦门大学药学院教授。主要从事天然产物全合成,药物合成,新型自由基反应等方面的研究工作;先后承担、主持了六项国家级纵向课题,包括一项973项目子课题(具有重要生物活性的天然产物的化学合成(2010CB833200),子课题:全新方法和策略的天然产物全合成(2010CB833206),科研骨干),一项国家自然科学基金重大培育项目(91856110),四项国家自然科学基金面上项目(21672175,21472157,21172183,20402012);已在Nat. Commun.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Org. Lett.,Chem. Commun.等杂志上发表SCI学术论文三十余篇;是Chemical Communications, Tetrahedron, Tetrahedron Letters等国际专业期刊资深审稿人;2018年获教育部“高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖”二等奖(排名第三)。
主要研究领域:
可控的自由基反应是当今有机化学的前沿领域,在药物合成、天然产物合成、材料制备和精细化工等方面都具有广阔的应用前景。我们主要开展了基于自由基的碳-碳键形成方法学研究,并将之应用于小分子药物及天然产物的不对称合成。在方法学研究方面,先期建立了应用二碘化钐形成氮α-位碳α碳键的方法学。近期又创新性地发展了一氯二茂钛催化的氮α-位碳自由基偶联方法学(Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 2013, 52, 3494;2015, 54, 13739.)。最近,因应有机合成在可见光催化的自由基偶联反应前沿方向的发展趋势,又发展了光催化剂和Lewis酸催化剂协同催化的硝酮与芳香醛的对映选择性偶联反应方法。高效、高立体选择性地合成了一系列光学纯的邻氨基醇化合物(Nat. Commun.2018, 9, 410.)。该工作一经发表就被Synform、Sci. China Chem.和《科学通报》等国内外专业杂志作为亮点推介和评述,并被多次引用。在复杂多环生物碱和药物的全合成研究方面,先后完成了糖苷酶抑制剂氮杂糖类生物碱(+)-Hyacinthacine A2、(-)-Uniflorine A, 和差向异构体(+)-7-epi-Casuarine的不对称全合成;近期完成了治疗小儿麻痹症及面瘫药物一叶萩碱的形式不对称全合成和14,15-二氢一叶萩碱的首次不对称全合成;最近,又利用光催化方法,经两步反应高效地实现了(+)-麻黄碱[(+)-ephedrine]和司来吉兰[(−)-selegiline]的对映选择性合成,后者在临床上被用于治疗帕金森症、老年痴呆和抑郁症。
