个人简介:

 张凌娟博士15年海外(美国)药理学/皮肤医学领域科研经历,在皮肤天然免疫功能和调控机制研究领域开展了一系列独创性的研究工作,发现dsRNA-MAVS通路在上皮角质形成细胞参与损伤诱发银屑病炎症的天然免疫机制 (Immunity, 2016);还开创性地发现皮肤中的脂肪谱系细胞 (Preadipocytes/Adipocytes) 有免疫抑菌功能,可通过大量释放多肽抗生素来抵御细菌感染(Science, 2015),这一过程被定义为reactive adipogenesis (JID, 2019);近年来还阐述了在衰老 (Immunity, 2019) 和饮食诱发肥胖 (Sci. Transl. Med., 2021) 过程中真皮脂肪丢失抗菌功能的机制和潜在新靶点,并进一步揭示了真皮脂肪在发育和伤口愈合过程中可塑性变化的分子调控机制 (Cell Reports, 2023);共发表学术论著或论文40多篇,总引用3000多个,单篇最高他引800多个,多次受邀在国际学术会议上做学术报告。学术兼职包括SCI期刊EXP DERMATOL副主编; SEMIN CELL DEV BIOL客座主编;中国免疫学会皮肤免疫分会、中华医学会皮肤性病学分会实验学组、中华中医药学会免疫学分会、厦门市医学会转化医学分会等学会的常务委员。自2018年加入厦门大学药学院,紧密围绕真皮脂肪谱系细胞参与维持皮肤稳态调控皮肤免疫系统伤口愈合、纤维化、毛发生长等过程开展新机制和新靶点研究,为多种皮肤病,包括炎症性皮肤病、慢性伤口、瘢痕、雄激素性脱发等提供新病理机制和药物研发靶点,拟在药学院组建以皮肤病免疫调控为靶点策略的全新药物研发平台,利用原代细胞库、3D皮肤模型等前沿手段,与厦大附属医院相关科室开展的临床转化研究合作,促进科研成果应用于临床。
