主要研究方向及简介:

    以核受体筛选平台、基因转录调控与疾病研究平台和深海宏基因组学研究平台为基础,开展创新药物研究。1. 基于核受体靶点、细胞周期依赖激酶和表观遗传调控靶点等先导化合物合成与分子机制研究。基于Nur77CDK9PHF8等靶点药物筛选模型和活性调控的先导化合物评价体系,开展复杂活性天然产物、先导化合物、手性药物的设计、合成、构效关系及作用机制研究;2. 源于海洋生物活性物质发现及生合成规律研究。基于深海宏基因组学研究平台和深海微生物次生代谢产物库,开展海洋活性物质的发现、筛选、结构修饰及生物合成规律研究。

 

    近年来承担国家科技重大专项重大新药创制国家科技重大专项子课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、省高校产学研重大项目、省科技厅对外合作项目、厦门市重大科技专项及其他省市项目。设计合成新化合物3000余个,分离鉴定天然产物1000余个,目前拥有自主化合物库2000余个。在国际学术期刊发表100余篇研究论文,其中SCI收录80余篇;获得中国发明专利32项,申请8项。
