个人简介:

陈思明博士,主要从事表观遗传蛋白复合物结构与功能的研究,以及以此作为药物靶点的抗肿瘤分子机制研究。主要利用结构生物学、化学生物学和细胞生物学等多学科交叉的研究手段研究表观遗传调控因子在肿瘤发生、发展和转移过程中的功能,探索和鉴定肿瘤治疗的新靶点,开发新药物。目前,已在Mol. Cell, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Chem. Commun.等多个国际权威期刊上发表论文10余篇。因博士期间成果突出,获2012年度香港求是科技基金会的“求是研究生奖学金”。2021年加入厦门大学药学院,主要研究方向:1)表观遗传蛋白复合物结构与功能的研究;(2)表观遗传调控因子在肿瘤发生中的作用;(3)基于表观遗传蛋白复合物的小分子抑制剂筛选。
