个人简历:

    1996年毕业于安徽大学生物系,获生物化学学士学位;2001年毕业于徐州医学院,获生物化学与分子生物学硕士学位;2005年毕业于清华大学生物科学与技术系,获生物学博士学位;2005年至2011年在美国Sanford-Burnham-Prebys医学研究所从事博士后研究;2011年至2012年任厦门大学药学院副教授;2012年至今任厦门大学药学院教授。主要从事细胞信号转导,核受体,以及小分子药物的研究。论文发表在Science, Cancer Cell, Nature Communications, Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B, Cell Reports, Cancer Research, Cancer Letters, Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, Journal of Natural Products, Molecular Pharmaceutics等科学期刊。研究成果获得2004年度教育部中国高等学校十大科技进展2012年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划

 

实验室简介

    本实验室主要开展以下研究内容:以细胞信号转导和核受体为研究对象,探寻肿瘤及其他疾病发生发展过程中的分子变化方式、程序和机制;研究一些疾病之间的相互关联方式和转化机制,如炎症与肿瘤,并且寻找潜在的治疗靶点和方法;寻找新的核受体调节配体分子和细胞信号转导调控分子,揭示新的药物作用靶点;通过计算机模拟和有机合成等方法,对先导化合物进行优化,开发新型靶点药物。

 

目前开展的工作

1.核受体与细胞信号转导的相互作用;

2.天然和人工合成的核受体配体;

3.核受体的翻译后修饰及其功能;

4.核受体与信号转导对自噬等细胞生理活动的调控;

5.核受体与信号转导对肿瘤生长和炎症反应的调节;

6.计算机辅助药物的设计与优化;

7.先导化合物的优化。
