教育和主要学术履历:中国人民解放军第一军医大学医疗系本科(1984-1989)、医学硕士(1992-1995)和医学博士(1995-1998);中国人民解放军第二军医大学临床博士后流动站博士后研究人员(1998-2000,师从王红阳院士和吴孟超院士);博士后出站后留任上海东方肝胆外科研究所助理研究员(2000-2001)和副研究员(2001-2005);2005-2006于中科院上海生命科学研究院建立核受体药物研究实验室(与裴钢院士合作);2006-2007,美国Sanford-Burnham Institute for Medical Research访问学者;2007-2011,厦门大学生物医学研究院总支书记,生物医学研究院癌症研究中心中心执行主任/教授;2011-2022,厦门大学药学院副院长,教授。
学术任职情况:中国医师协会临床精准医疗专业委员会委员,福建省药理学学会理事,国家重点研发计划专项会评专家,高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)通讯评审专家,福建省博士后创新创业大赛会评专家,担任Cancer Research, JMC, Chem Biology, Theranostics, Acta Pharmacol Sin, Curr Top Med Chem, Biochem Pharmacology, Cancers, Cells等十余种杂志资深审稿人。
主持项目及获奖情况:近年来主持了国家高技术研究发展计划(国家863项目,科技部)、国家重点研发计划(国际科技合作项目,科技部)、国家自然科学基金与香港研究资助局联合科研基金(NSFC-RGC)和国家自然科学基金面上项目等十余项国家级科研项目,并主持多个福建省重点项目、海洋专项以及与企业联合横向项目等;获上海市医学科技奖一等奖和上海市科技进步奖二等奖各1项;获厦门市科技进步二等奖1项。
课程讲授情况:担任本科生药理学课程组组长,承担本科生课程《药理学》(48学时)、《药理学实验》(60学时)和《分子生物学》(32学时)的主讲,以及《药学导论》和《医学统计学》的讲授;独立开设研究生课程《核受体与人类健康和疾病》(32学时),并担任研究生课程《化学生物学》、《细胞生物学》和《高级药理学》的讲授。
课题组研究工作:主要从事研究核受体在调控细胞生长、凋亡、代谢和免疫中的作用,研究其信号转导调控机制,以鉴定新的治疗靶点,并籍此新的信号转导的理解,对可能的治疗药物进行改进与优化。
团队成员:刘杰,助理教授。先后在Developmental Cell, FEBS Journal, JBC等杂志上发表文章。承担国家自然科学基金,福建省自然科学基金,福建省卫生厅等多个科研项目。实验室每年招收博士生1-2名,硕士生3-4名,同时欢迎博士后研究人员加入团队。
