2015年9月19日，我院成功举办了主题为“疾病的新机制”的第二届国际研讨会。此次研讨会共邀请了六位校内外的优秀学者进行讲座，包括日本长崎大学教授Isao Shimokawa、英国格拉斯哥大学教授Peter Adam、中科院教授孙丽明，和我校医学院教授许华曦、我院教授刘文、助理教授程亚彬。
研讨会持续了一天，每位教授均发表了30分钟左右的演讲，并留下10分钟同与会师生现场问答交流。学生们十分享受这种最新知识的洗礼，和思维碰撞的启迪，现场掌声不断。
该系列国际研讨会由学院院长张晓坤教授以及学院Dieter A. Wolf教授组织，每次会议设立一个科研主题，邀请一批国内外优秀学者前来讲座交流，充分地促进了学院的国际性学术交流，很好地开阔了学生的学术视野。
