Experience
Dr. Ting Lin received his B.S. degree in Biotechnology (2003) from China Pharmaceutical University. He worked in Fujian Institute of Microbiology as a research associate for the next year. Majored in microbiology in Xiamen University from 2004 to 2009 (Master and Doctor) including visiting scholar in University of Nebraska Lincoln (2007.08-2008.08). Since 2009, he has served as Assistant Professor in School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Xiamen University. He is an author of over 20 publications.
Research
His current research interests are mainly in the areas of bio-guided natural products drug discovery and development from microorganism resource, especially in the fields of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), cancer chemotherapy, Diabetes, AD and AIDS, etc. He has been supported by many program projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Natural Science Foundation of Fujian Province and Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities, etc.
