个人简介:
聚焦癌症等重大疾病的表观遗传调控分子机制以及干预措施研究。揭示蛋白甲基化修饰相关酶蛋白等表观遗传调控因子在基因表达、基因可变剪接和癌症发生发展中的功能和分子机制以及在癌症治疗中的应用价值。相关成果发表于Science Advances,Nature Communication,Cell Reports,PNAS等期刊,申请并授权发明专利2项。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目和中国博士后科学基金,作为主要参与人参与国家自然科学基金区域创新重点项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、科学技术部重点研发项目等多个项目。

(1)蛋白甲基化及其他翻译后修饰的酶蛋白的鉴定、功能和分子机制研究
(2)靶向相关表观遗传调控因子的药物研发研究
