个人简介:

霍帅东博士(课题组网页www.huo-lab.com)从事药物创新制剂的构建与基础研究,主要围绕克服生物屏障,实现高效递送以及调控药物活性,降低毒副作用两个关键方面展开系列研究,目前所取得的创新科研成果主要包括:(1)系统揭示了纳米载体克服多重生物屏障的生物规律和机制,设计构建了能有效克服体内多重生物屏障的多级次纳米载药系统;(2)首次提出并验证了超声机械力在分子水平调控化疗药物活性、蛋白质活性的新概念和新策略。迄今已在Nature ChemistryNature NanotechnologyScience AdvancesPNASCancer ResearchMaterials TodayAdvanced MaterialsAdvanced ScienceACS NanoAngewandte Chemie等国际学术期刊上发表学术论文50余篇。相关研究成果为消除药物毒副作用、实现精准治疗提供了理论依据和创新策略。
