 Associate Professor

 Email: xshyan@xmu.edu.cn

Xiaosheng Yan obtained his Bachelor’s degree in applied chemistry from Huazhong Agricultural University in 2010, and his PhD degree in analytical chemistry from Xiamen University in 2016 under the supervision of Professor Yun-Bao Jiang. From 2016 to 2021, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher and then a research assistant at Xiamen University. He joined the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Xiamen University as an associate professor in 2021. His research interests are centered on biomedical applications of assembled materials from peptides, recognition/delivery/resolution of chiral drugs, and halogen/chalcogen bonds in drug discovery.
