Research

Lung cancer is the leading cause of global cancer deaths. The vast number of functionally unclear mutated genes represent a huge gap in understanding lung cancer. We use Genetically engineered mouse models (GEMMs), CRISPR/Cas9-mediated somatic gene editing andtumor-barcoding and ultradeep barcode sequencing (Tuba-seq) to fill the gap. We aim inadvancing mouse models and systematic and quantitative approaches, and unraveling the molecular and geneticmechanisms of cancer.
