李明玉副教授

个人简介:

李明玉博士主要研究方向为糖尿病疾病机理及药物开发、高通量药物筛选、海洋药物的筛选和作用机理等研究工作。围绕体内外的糖尿病疾病模型,应用高通量药物筛选技术、组学技术、现代分子生物学技术等手段,在糖尿病疾病模型建立、分子机理研究及先导药物的开发研究等方面取得了多项研究进展。至今在Cell Metabolism, Trends in Genetics, Diabetes, Journal of Endocrinology等国际主流杂志共发表文章二十多篇。现为Frontiers in Endocrinology、药学研究等刊物编委,受邀为Scientific ReportsPlos OneGeneral and Comparative Endocrinology 等十多个杂志审稿人。目前主持国家自然基金面上项目、福建省自然基金面上项目、厦门大学校长基金等多个项目。并曾参与多项国家自然科学基金、美国NIH、美国糖尿病协会等项目的研究工作。同美国范德堡大学、美国密歇根大学、英国卡迪夫大学等国际著名高校的相关实验室建立了良好的合作研究关系。

2、糖尿病模型的构建及抗糖尿病药物的筛选。

3、斑马鱼疾病模型的建立及药物筛选。

4、海洋药物筛选及作用机理。

5、高通量药物筛选技术。

6CRISPR基因组编辑技术。
