李明玉博士、副教授

个人简介:

    李明玉博士主要研究方向为糖尿病疾病机理及药物开发、海洋药物的筛选和作用机理、疾病模型构建等研究工作。研究围绕斑马鱼、小鼠、细胞系为模型;应用高通量药物筛选技术、组学技术、活体成像技术、现代分子生物学技术等手段。至今在Cell Metabolism, Trends in Genetics, Diabetes, British Journal Pharmacology等国际主流杂志共发表文章40多篇,共被引用1600多次。现为Frontiers in Endocrinology、药学研究等刊物编委,受邀为Phytomedicine, Frontiers in Pharmacology等十多个杂志审稿人。先后主持国家自然基金面上项目、福建省自然基金面上项目、厦门大学校长基金等多个项目。同美国范德堡大学、美国密歇根大学、英国卡迪夫大学等国际著名高校的相关实验室建立了良好的合作研究关系。

1、胰岛α细胞及胰高血糖素信号通路的分子调控机理。

2、促胰岛β细胞再生药物的研究和开发。

3、糖尿病模型的构建及抗糖尿病药物的筛选。

4、疾病模型的建立及药物筛选。

5、海洋药物筛选及作用机理。

6CRISPR基因组编辑技术。
