个人简历:

吴彩胜博士主要从事体内药物分析与药物代谢研究,主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金、面上项目、联合基金项目、专项项目、青年科学基金、福建省科技计划项目引导性项目、福建省自然科学基金面上项目等30余项基金课题。以通讯或一作发表研究论文50余篇,担任20余种SCI杂志的同行评议员。担任中国药理学会药物代谢专业委员会青年委员会副主任委员、中国医药生物技术协会药物分析技术分会委员、中国药理学会临床药理学专业委员会委员、中国药理学会治疗药物监测研究专业委员会青年委员会委员、厦门市药学会理事、厦门市药学会药物监测与评价专委会副主任委员等学术兼职。同时受邀担任Acta Pharm Sin BJ Pharm AnalChin Chem LettChin Med4SCI期刊,沈阳药科大学学报和世界科学技术-中医药现代化共2本中文期刊的青年编委。

主要研究方向:

1、药物复杂体系体内分析方法学研究:聚焦于智能质谱数据处理技术研发,通过药物分析方法学的创新,在中药等药物复杂体系体内活性物质及其药效生物标志物分析方法学研究上取得多项原创性研究成果;

2、中药吸收、分布、代谢、排泄(ADME)全过程研究:建立从动物到人体,从靶向到非靶向,从数据采集到数据后处理全方位的中药ADME全过程研究策略,实现从人体暴露视角高效筛选中药药效物质(群)。
