个人简介:

   任长亮博士,主要致力于仿生人工离子通道的开发,及其作为潜在小分子药物在抗肿瘤和治疗因通道缺陷引发的相关疾病的应用。目前,已开发出多种具有高选择性、高跨膜传输活性和门控特性的人工离子通道,并用其在抗肿瘤和抗肝纤维化方面取得了显著的成效。目前,已在Nat. Commun., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等多个国际权威期刊上发表论文30余篇。获4项国际专利、2项美国专利和1项中国专利授权,其中1项已实现技术转化。博士期间,获2011年度国家优秀自费留学生奖学金2016年指导学生参加新加坡科学与工程竞赛获得金牌。2022年指导学生参加福建省互联网+大学生创新创业大赛获得金奖,并获评优秀创新创业指导教师。课题组主要研究方向:(1)人工离子通道的合成及其在抗菌、抗肿瘤和抗肝纤维化方面的应用;(2)人工纳米孔的合成及其在DNA跨膜传输中的应用。
